Welcome to MAGIC's first Virtual Exhibit Hall. 

The Virtual Exhibit Hall will be open from July 25th, 2021 to November 30th, 2021.

Email promotions, social media blasts and other advertising begins July 25th, 2021.

Please email us the following to for the Virtual Exhibit and Product Theater:


  1. Logos: Email us your logos (no less than 450x450 pixels) in JPEG. These will be used on brochure, course materials, website front page and website sponsor pages, email blasts and social media blasts.

  2. Banners: For Template 1 banner, email us 1 banner (no less than 1250x900 pixels) in JPEG.

  3. Banners: For Template 2 banners, email us 2 banners (each no less than700x900 pixels) in JPEG.

  4. Banners: For Template 3 banners, email us email us 1 banner (no less than 1250x900 pixels) in JPEG.

  5. Company Description Text: Description no more than 200 words.

  6. Website and Social Links: Email us the official website link, product links and social media links to be listed on your exhibit page.

  7. Contact Information: Representative name, contact details, company address, etc. you want featured on your exhibit page. 

  8. Product or Services Information: Please send product names and categories to be listed on your exhibit page (for search engine)  as well as relevant product PDFs.

  9. Product or Services images: Email us 4 images (no less than 1920x1920 pixels) in JPEG of each product/service images for 4 products and their links and description.

  10. Video Placement on Exhibit Page: Email us 4 video links  (Youtube or Vimeo only) & description to be embedded on Exhibit Page.

  11. Video Placement on Product Theater Page: Email us 6 video links  (Youtube or Vimeo only) & description to be embedded on Product Showcase page.

  12. Contact Image: Email us your "Contact Us" section image (no less than 1920x1920 pixels) in JPEG.

  13. Live Chat Info: Email us links or info on Zoom or other such meeting sessions hosted by your company to be listed on your exhibit page. These chat sessions will occur on August 6th, 2021 at 8:30 am EST, 12:00 pm EST and 3:00 pm EST.

  14. Email Blasts: Email us one or two promotional full email templates and any associated links to be sent as an email blast to attendees. 

  15. Search Tags: Please email us search tags for your products/services as related to disease state (pancreatitis, biliary strictures etc.) and endoscopic procedures/topics (Artificial Intelligence, Endoluminal surgery, 3rd Space endoscopy, POEM, ESD, etc. ).

  16. Complimentary Free full-access registration: A separate email will be sent to you for complimentary registrations
