CleverCut3V Distal Wireguided

Designed for enhanced performance while complementing the user's technique, CleverCut3V Distal Wireguided Sphincterotomes preloaded with the VisiGlide line of guidewires promote safety and efficiency through advanced technology.

Key Benefits

  • Increased Efficiency - An advanced c-channel specially designed for the VisiGlide line of guidewires, as well as an intuitive guidewire insertion port, promote increased procedural efficiency for short-wire users.

  • Enhanced Safety - Safety features such as the CleverCut coating on the proximal end of the cutting wire and optimal knife orientation help to protect surrounding tissue while providing effective sphincterotomy.

  • Smooth Insertion - A refined 3.9 Fr tapered tip provides smooth insertion during difficult cannulations resulting from strictures or when accessing the minor papilla. (KD-VC631Q series only)

  • Integrated Access - The integrated VisiGlide line of guidewires provides the endoscopist with the right wire for all situations based upon preference, technique, and anatomical requirements.

VisiGlide Guidewires

Single-use Olympus VisiGlide Guidewires are part of the innovative V-System, designed to enhance the success rate of ERCP. These guidewires include advanced fluoroscopic and endoscopic markings to assist with stricture measurement and the guidewire’s hydrophilic tip improves ductal navigation. Both 0.025- and 0.035-inch guidewires are available in 270 cm and 450 cm working lengths, with both straight and angled tips.

Key Benefits

  • Procedural flexibility - The specially designed 0.025-inch guidewire features the same stiffness as a regular 0.035-inch guidewire, allowing physicians to use one guidewire for a variety of procedures, while the 0.035-inch guidewire provides additional shaft support when needed.

  • Precise stent placement -  Advanced fluoroscopic and endoscopic markings assist with stricture measurement for precise stent placement.

  • Improved navigation - A Terumo GLIDEWIRE® hydrophilic tip provides “gold standard” ductal navigation and a special fluorine coating reduces friction, making device manipulation virtually effortless.

Multi-3V Plus Extraction Balloons

Single-use Olympus Multi-3V Extraction Balloons are made from thick, high-quality balloon material that is highly resistant to breaking. Each balloon can be easily adjusted to three diameters and is available in both distally wire-guided and over-the-wire designs. A specially designed catheter allows for improved insertion into the papilla and smoother guidewire passage.

Key Benefits

  • Durable material - Thick, high-quality material is highly resistant to breaking, potentially reducing overall extraction balloon expenditures.

  • Pre-measured convenience - Three pre-measured syringes enable precise, reliable inflation quickly, without having to visually check the markings on the syringe.

  • Adjustable sizing - Each balloon can be easily adjusted to one of three sizes to suit the anatomical condition of each case: 8.5/11.5/15 mm or 15/18/20 mm.

  • Two designs - The balloons are available in a choice of distally wire-guided or over-the-wire designs to suit virtually every physician’s preference.

HANAROSTENT®
Esophagus Through-the-Scope (TTS)

Olympus offers a lineup of self-expanding metal stents to help achieve luminal patency in a variety of clinical applications. With a unique braiding design, the HANAROSTENT® provides an ideal balance of radial and axial force, allowing for the flexibility to conform to a patient’s anatomy and precisely target their stricture.

Unlike over-the-wire esophageal stents, the 10.5F HANAROSTENT Esophagus TTS allows for accurate and easy esophageal stenting under direct scope endoscopic visualization.

HANAROSTENT® Esophagus TTS is offered in fully covered (ECBA series) or partially covered (EPBA) stent options.

Through-the-scope delivery system is compatible with a 0.035” or 0.038” guidewire.

Key Benefits

  • Unique Wire Structure - Hook-cross nitinol design provides optimal radial and axial force aimed to minimize the impact of retrosternal pressure.

  • Anti-Migration - Defined dumbbell heads on both ends designed to assist with anti-migration, as well as a proximal lasso to help with re-positioning.

  • Direct Visualization - 10.5F catheter to allow for through-the-scope visibility to aid in positioning and deployment.
