The stentfix OTSC® System is the innovative solution for stent fixation in the digestive tract. It is a specially designed OTSC® System and labeled for the fixation of self-expandable metallic stents (SEMS).

The round design of the stentfix OTSC® clip adapts perfectly to the gastrointestinal anatomy. Due to the modified cap shape, it can easily be aligned to the stent opening for optimal stent mesh and tissue capture by the clip.

FTRD® removes non-lifting and other complex GI lesions that previously required surgery. Compared to superficial resection techniques, FTRD® can achieve high R0 resection rates, thereby expanding the spectrum of resection techniques.

The technology is based on the well-established OTSC® System, enabling the endoscopist to resect all layers of suitable lesions including the serosa. The design of the FTRD® System ensures that the transection of the tissue happens only after the defect has been closed completely. At no time will abdominal cavity and bowel lumen be in contact.

The AWC® is an endoscopic system for providing an additional working channel for flexible endoscopes that can be used for a variety of applications:

• EMR+: Resection of lesions with a combination of snare and anchor/grasper

• ESD+: Dissection of lesions with a combination of grasper and knife or Coag Dissector

• Clip removal: facilitated removal of OTSC® clips with the help of grasper and DC Cutter

• Bleedings (additional lumen for suction and flushing)

• Helpful as an additional tool for a wide range of applications
