WEBSITE

All sponsors will be acknowledged and recognized on the front page and sponsor page of the website (www.magicendoscopy.com) from August 15th to November 30th, 2022. Satellite Symposium page will be a separate page showcasing the symposia. The Symposia will be presented in between didactic sessions and live cases. Product Learning Center section (product theater) will have individual dedicated pages to specific products with video placement and other product information.


PAYMENT

Exhibit and marketing opportunities’ payment must be received by Aug 5th, 2022, or the virtual exhibit space may be reassigned. Payment can be made by check, ACH or credit card. Checks must be payable and mailed to:

VIRTUAL EXHIBIT and SATELLITE SYMPOSIUM ASSIGNMENT

 While Virtual Exhibit space is unlimited, Satellite symposium spots are limited and are assigned on level sponsorships and then on a first-come, first-served basis. Any reassignment requirements will be notified by the sponsor to the organizer, or the organizer to the sponsor prior to Aug 15th, 2022. Approved banners, logos, promotional materials, information, contact, chat options, email blast text etc. must be sent by Aug 22nd, 2022.


SATELLITE SYMPOSIUM & PRODUCT LEARNING CENTER

Please reserve your virtual exhibit space as soon as possible. Upon reservation, a form will be sent to the sponsor requesting for the topic, duration and product information for the symposiums and product theatre videos/stream (non-CME). All information and presentations must be sent by Aug 15th, 2022 to be reviewed and approved by the conference management


BANNERS, INSERTS AND PROMO MATERIAL

Image concepts and dimensions of all sized banners, logos, eposters, downloable PDFs, digital inserts and email blast-text should be emailed to the program coordinator for approval before Aug 15th, 2022. Email blasts/notifications to registrants and faculty begin on Aug 22nd, 2022.


INVESTIGATIONAL PRODUCTS

To comply with the Food and Drug Administration’s Guidelines on Notices of Availability, any exhibits showcasing off-label or unapproved uses of drugs, devices, technologies, programs, products, or services must disclose that fact.



STAFFING AND SPEAKERS

Virtual Exhibits and Satellite Symposium session should ideally be staffed by your organization’s designated representative(s) and/or speaker during the designated hours. The names of designated personnel and speakers' COI must be sent to the organizer before Aug 2nd, 2022 to receive their registration badges.



CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for cancellation of reserved exhibit space must be made in writing to coo@innovativedigestivehealth.org or organizer@innovativedigestivehealth.org before Aug 15th 2022. After this date, refunds for reserved space will not be granted.



PROHIBITED PRACTICES

The following practices are prohibited during the conference:

•Distributing materials or literature other than company / product information.

•Streaming videos or presentations other than company / product information.

•Exhibit or sponsor representatives must not interrupt or disrupt any sessions.

•Exhibitors are not permitted to abandon their exhibit and shipping materials.

•Exhibitor personnel, vendors or third-party partners should refrain from any recording of any didactic lectures and live case sessions.

•Presentations accessible to registrants cannot

•be distributed outside of MAGIC/IDHER

•Registrations are non-transferable.
